Linux and Windows System Administrators (Junior & Senior)
Junior:
At least 1 year’s solid support and industry related experience.
Senior:
At least 3 year’s solid support and industry related experience.
Job Description
The day to day support and maintenance of all current and future servers Linux and Windows based. Building, installing and testing of new servers and services.
Prerequisites
Self motivated and self managing
Sound people skills and phone ethics
Solid understanding of the Internet (DNS / FTP / Mail / IIS / HTTP / SSL etc.)
Experience with Linux systems. Red Hat, CentOS will be a distinct benefit
Experience with Apache administration
Experience with MySQL administration
Experience with PHP. Perl or Shell scripting is a plus
Previous systems administration experience (See Junior & Senior requirements)
Sound networking, routing and firewall skills
Comprehensive understanding of Linux and Windows driven hosting environments
Optional
Previous experience in an ISP or Hosting Company will be a distinct benefit
Plesk Administration Experience
