System Restore:
We will completely re-install your server, to the original state that you received it in. None of your data will be restored. Restores of systems will only be done during our standard office hours.

Priority service:  4 Hours - R 950.00 per event Standard service:  10 Hours - R 450.00 per event

Bandwidth:
You will be billed for all additional traffic that exceeds your allocated traffic limit. You may pre-purchase bandwidth in 1 GB increments at a reduced rate. Bandwidth is measured and billed on all out-going traffic. Out-going traffic is traffic leaving your server.

Additional bandwidth:  R 0.29per MB Pre-purchased bandwidth:  R 0.25 per MB

When should I move to my own server?
Most resellers don't move to dedicated servers until they are spending in excess of R 8000.00 per month on our standard hosting options. This seems to be due to the "unseen" costs associated with running their own servers, such as bandwidth costs, a part-time systems administrator, the costs of running daily backups and many other odds and ends.
