You will be able to resend your setup information to your contact email address that we have on record, by using the above form.
Apply for a dialup account.
This will add a dialup account to your nominated domain. Do not apply for a dialup account if you do not host a website with us.
Account Management
Change your debit order details.
This will allow you to change the nominated bank account from which we debit you every month. Changes must be made before the 20th of the month, in order to take effect for the following month.
Change your credit card details.
This will allow you to change the nominated credit card account from which we debit you every month. Changes must be made no less that 3 working days before your scheduled debit.
Transfer domain ownership.
This will allow you to generate a FAX domain ownership transfer.
Cancel your hosting service.
This will allow you to generate a FAX cancellation.
Contact Management
Add a billing contact to your hosting service.
This will allow you to add a billing contact to your hosting account. A billing contact will receive a copy of your invoice(s) every month and may query invoices, statements etc.
Add a technical contact to your hosting service.
This will allow you to add technical contact to your hosting account. A technical contact may add, modify or delete email addresses etc.
Change the email address of the owner.
This will allow you to generate a FAX that will allow you to change the owners email account that we use for all verification. Do not use this to change any contacts email addresses etc.
